Sculpted into this extraordinary cross is a verse from Revelation, most famously sung in the Hallelujah chorus from George Frideric Handels oratorio, Messiah, composed in 1741. Handels libretto was assembled by his friend, Charles Jennens, using the King James and Great Bibles as his source material. Messiah is one of the most popular works in the Western musical canon. The form of this cross is made of two intersecting triangular prisms, a form always thought special for its ability to refract light into the colors of the rainbow.
Inscription: And He shall reign forever and ever Hallelujah. Sterling Silver, Pendant: 1-7/8" long, Chain length: 18"
