RMS Titanic Photograph and Coal Fragment - Autographed & Relic Photos Collection
As the Titanic waits in dry dock at the Harland and Wolff shipbuilding yard in Belfast, workmen are dwarfed by her three massive propellers. Together they weigh nearly 60 tons; the four-blade, 22-ton center propeller is cast in one piece from manganese bronze. This dramatic image is framed with a fragment of coal recovered from the wreck by RMS Titanic Inc., the legally authorized salvage company. Black-andwhite print is matted and framed in wood under glass. Certificate of authenticity included.
