Bat Sterling Silver Necklace - Inspirational Jewelry
(You save $17.15)
This delightful bat has been adapted from Edward Gorey's illustrations for The Broken Spoke, published in 1976. The Broken Spoke addresses a number of subjects, all tongue in cheek, from the Pedaling Palludinis to a 19th century Japanese stencil: "Bats and Bicycles", from which our bats are taken. Gorey was very interested in bats and drew a number of them. These are exceptional with their delicate tracery captured beautifully in metal. Perfect for Halloween and beyond.
Adapted from Edward Gorey's illustrations for The Broken Spoke. (Pictured with Bat Earrings) Sterling Silver, Pendant: 7/8" wide, Chain length: 18"
