As a formally trained architect who became an art director, JB draws from his rich experiences in both disciplines to create ties of striking originality of uncompromised quality and unsurpassed design. This has not gone unnoticed. this line of neckwear has been featured in movies, television, and print. Five designs have been included in the permanent collection of the Fashion Institute Museum. And clients as diverse as The Metropolitan Opera, Champagne Taittinger, and Carnegie Hall have commissioned custom designs.
